The South American country I chose was Peru.  Peru is located in western South America.    This picture is of Machu Picchu.  Machu Picchu means Old Peak.  The Inca people built many stone buildings in the Andes Mountains.  Machu Picchu was a sacred spot that the Inca's made into a small, self contained city.  It was also a secret ceremonial city.

I....... the awesome Jared chose the Grand Canyon. I hink that the Anasazi's could acually live here because the Anasazi's lived on steep cliffs and dry lands. The Grand Canyon has boh of these characteristics.

The Bolivia way of life was famous for its wealth they were a part of the Inca Empire and was defended by the Spanish since the 16th century. The country was not free thy had slaves and diseases the Andy’s helped them with diseases by shipping in medics and drugs to help the reducing empire.

The South American country that i chose was Peru which holds Macchu Picchu. This picture above is of the temples of Macchu Picchu now a days. Macchu Picchu was also where the Incas lived. They used to live there back in the past but now regular people like us call there our home. Also there are a lot of ancient temples and historical landmarks there. Also you can probably find much more food then back when the Incas were around. Finally there is a very big population difference between now and when the Incas were around.

This is a picture of Cali, Columbia.  Cali is Columbia's tourism center.  Columbia is located in the North Western part of South America.  Even though they have a tourism center, People in the U.S. and all over the world are cautioned not to go to Columbia because of the drug trade there.  There are people called "Narcoterrorists" who will kill you to protect their drugs.

In response to comments regarding Colombia, Colombia is also known for producing exceptional coffee.  The fictional characters Juan Valdez and his mule Conchita have become icons for Colombian coffee.

This is a picture of Cuzco in Peru, (again). The people that live there are very artistic and love to do pottery. They do that because it's their religon that emerged from pre-Inca Cultures. They do pottery, sculpting, painting, and jewlery. Cuzco is located in the middle part of Peru, and in the southwestern part of South America.
